1. Account Use
To access courses you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
Accounts are non-transferable. You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information during registration.
2. Purchases & Payments
All course fees are listed in USD and are due immediately upon purchase. We accept major credit cards and approved payment methods.
Refunds are available within 14 days if no more than 30% of course content has been viewed. Digital downloads are non-refundable once accessed.
3. Intellectual Property
Course materials, videos, templates, and documentation remain the exclusive property of VoxMason Institute. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal and professional use only.
Redistribution, recording, or public sharing of course content is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.
4. Disclaimers & Limitations
Training outcomes vary. VoxMason Institute does not guarantee specific certification, job placement, or income results. All content is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our platform or courses.
5. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, access to purchased content may be revoked immediately.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in Delaware state courts.
